  • Ingredients:

    • 1 nettle leaf teabag
    • 1 cup of hot water (about 200°F or 93°C)
    • Optional: honey, lemon, or your choice of sweetener

    Instructions:

    • Boil Water: Bring water to a boil. Once boiling, remove it from heat and let it cool for about 30 seconds to a minute to reach the ideal temperature for herbal tea.

    • Steep the Teabag: Place the nettle leaf teabag in a cup and pour the hot water over it.

    • Steeping Time: Allow the tea to steep for 5–10 minutes, depending on your taste preference. The longer you steep, the stronger the flavour.

    • Remove the Teabag: After steeping, remove the teabag from the cup.

    • Add Optional Ingredients: If desired, add honey, lemon, or your choice of sweetener to enhance the flavour.

    • Enjoy: Sip your nourishing nettle leaf tea and savour its revitalising benefits!

    Tips:
